It was close to the convention center and I liked that the shuttle transported us for free
When we arrived, our hotel was not ready even though I received confirmation my room was ready. We had to wait several hours before we were able to check in and we eventually had to leave to go back to our event which ultimately wasted uber money there and back as we took an uber before we found out about the shuttle. We didn’t get to check in until after the even which was almost 8pm
