The staff was wonderful and so kind and professional. They make you feel like family, not just another customer. Peggy, the manager was phenomenal, she planned all my diving and travel reservations and also gave great suggestions for local eats. The atmosphere was light and fun. Rooms were spotless and the bed was soft and comfortable. Unfortunately with Covid, the pool was closed, but nothing that could be controlled by the staff. Hopefully restrictions will lift soon. GT is a must stay place and I will definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave and return to Taichung. ☺️

great location, spacious public area. They can help with booking ferry ticket, scooters and day trips, including pick up service from the dock. Great value for money in general.
The room had a moist odor, probably needs to put a dehumidifier in each room. There's no separation of the wet and dry area in the bathroom, plus the direction of the shower head is really weird. you'll wet the toilet paper and toilet seat after shower.
