great location, playground nearby, walkable to the rest of the island, restaurants and the beach. the setup of the apartment was convenient for a family with small children. we loved having a porch to sit on in the evenings. the outdoor hose was nice to clean up sand.
the cleaning crew dropped the ball a little. found some empty tea bottle under the bed and a used cough drop next to the other bed. the floors seemed like they weren’t vacuumed, and it makes me wonder what kind of cleaning they did everywhere else.
could use an ottoman in the living room to put your feet up, and better cushions out on the porch furniture. also, a vacuum in the closet would be nice.

Very clean and comfortable. Relaxed beach decor
The lock on the door was a trick to use . Had to do code and turn lock almost at same time to get it to unlock, very annoying.

We liked the layout of the house. Closeness to the beach.
There was not enough seating in the living room.
