The room access was very convenient. The condo was super clean, but had several maintenance issues. The views were my favorite. The beds were super comfortable. All in all, we had a great family mini vacation. We would stay here again.
The elevators on our side of the building were out of order so we had to walk a good distance to get down to pool area which is no problem if we didn't have so much stuff to carry. The sink in the kitchen was clogged upon arrival, but my son was able to get it to go down after working on it for about 15 minutes. Found a broken glass in the cabinet, tossed it of course. The recliner in the living room was very worn out. When you sit in it, felt like you were going to hit the floor and super wobbly.

The room was spacious, and had adequate supplies in the kitchen. It was easy to get around. We loved the pool and the easy, yet controlled, access to the beach.
The room had cleanliness issues when we arrived. I had taken Clorox wipes and cleaner and had to clean a lot.. There was food crumbs, sticky substances and drink rings on the dining room table and coffee table, food particles in the sink and on the faucets and there were urine spots on the commode. We had to sweep the floors because there was so much sand and my granddaughter got a sticker from the beach in her foot. After taking our shoes off, the bottom of our feet were actually black from walking on the floors, so i feel like the floors hadn't been mopped in a while!

Cannot beat the location and views. Spectacular! Spacious and comfortable for our family. Parking space was awesome a primo spot right by the door. One of the best beaches in the world is right outside. Location, location, location and views, views, views. I don't think it gets much better. Our youngest really enjoyed the pool area that is beautifully landscaped.
TV in the living area would not come on (didn't work). Air conditioning was set to too low of a temperature. We were cold most of the time and couldn't turn the air down. The elevators in the building are overwhelmed during periods of high beach/pool activity; with long waits. Parking is convientent but tedious to get to in a very tight parking deck filled with vehicles too large to maneuver up and down the ramps. Condo has multiple signs of wear and could use a freshing up but its views and location more than make up for that.
