We arrived late and were greeted warm by a host gentleman. He kindly assisted with parking and showed the room.
Wow, the property is full of character and worth experiencing by itself - carefully preserved items which can easily be found in museum. And keeping traditions alive is combined with modern amenities and comfort. Everything is sparkling clean. More than sufficient stock of breakfast items to enjoy in the morning, taking advantage of the rooftop terrace overlooking Orgosolo. I wish we stayed for more than 1 night.

The whole property was charming. The room was large and had all the comforts. The view from the roof terrace was stunning and each floor also had an enclosed balcony with a view. There was free parking and the location was away from the busy centre, so more peaceful.
The breakfast was not fresh cooked, only packets of toast etc. but we were in the low season so probably it was a reasonable option. They did provide some delicious cakes that were fresh when we arrived.

The B&B was located a few minutes by foot to the center of Orgosolo. It's an easy walk, although Orgosolo appears to have no sidewalks so take care.
The family room (with 3 beds) was fabulous, well decorated and very comfortable. Each floor has its own enclosed balcony, a cozy place to sit with a cup of coffee. In addition, the rooftop terrace would be a great place to stargaze or have breakfast. Unfortunately it was raining the night we stayed, so we didn't get to enjoy it.
Although the breakfast was generous and substantial, I wish that it deviated somewhat from the Italian habit of having so much sweet food in the morning. For example, I would have preferred plain unsweetened natural yogurt instead of flavored yogurt, and plain croissants would have been nicer than croissants with jam inside.
My other comment is that since the owners do not live onsite, make sure to pay attention to your email in order to coordinate your arrival time. Otherwise you might end up having to call them for access details when you arrive (as we did). Depending on the time of day and how tired you are, this could be annoying. (For us, it wasn't a problem.)
