A nice apartment in a peaceful and gated residential area with a shared, well-maintained pool and a lush green yard. The living room is furnished with a sofa, table, and a TV. The well equipped open kitchen stands next to the living room and has a dining table for six persons. From here you can access the large furnished terrace with a dining table and a sofa group. Both bedrooms come with a double bed. The bathroom is modern and fresh, and there is a separate WC.
The apartment is located in a calm residential area called St Jean within a 10-minute walking distance to Old Town in Antibes. There is a bus connection to downtown as well. The closest grocery store and a boulangerie is only a 5-minute walk away. The sandy beach of Antibes can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Staying at M’as de Oliviers complex was a really pleasant stay, especially with two little children. It was really hot in Antibes so having access to a pool was great. I would recommend the owner purchase some lounge chairs that the guests can use. Maybe store them in the garage for easy access. Also be aware that France requires glass to be recycled separately from other recycle material, so you have to find a glass deposit center. Luckily there is one a short walk up Av.du Chataingier at the Petit Casino market. The location was also an easy access to the language school Centre International D’Antibes, which was great for us! I would stay at this complex again.

Flott opphold i leilighet som var godt utstyrt. Nydelig terrasse, fint basseng og gåavstand til Antibes. Parkering i gatene rundt Leilighet gikk fint

Very good sized appartment. Great Pool. Very good agency communication. Directly next to language school, very short way. Unfortunately no fly screens at the windows, AC in one room wss broken and could not open the window as there were many mosquitos.
Cleanliness could be better. No free cupboard/drawer, shelves. All full with things, partly old things „rubbish“. Needs to be cleared snd tidied up than it woul be 5 out of 5.
