It seems that the owner does not take proper care of the apartment, and it looks like no maintenance has been done for a long time. A deep clean is urgently needed, especially in the bathroom, where there is mold, and the shower barely works. At the same time, the apartment is covered with notices about rules and fines, creating the impression that only guests have responsibilities while the owner feels no obligation to maintain the property to an acceptable standard. Unfortunately, I was misled by the high rating, which is surprising given the poor condition of the apartment. For this price, I expected a much higher standard.
