The staff at the property were so kind. Firstly, when I realised I was at the wrong branch location, then, when I left my mobile phone in the room at check-out. The staff were so helpful and understanding. I felt very grateful.

It’s spacious which out of my expectation. It’s cost effective when you are doing road trip. Just mins of drive from Sano premium outlet.
The refrigerator is not working, however I didn’t really need during my stay. So I didn’t ask for a fix.

Breakfast not provided. On the second day I asked for an extra pillow. This was refused.
The bed was solid as a rock. Probably okay for one night but we were there a week so the bed was awful.
