room condition was very bad. Damaged hardwood floor, which was hard to get around, cold water in the shower.

Great location, good appartment. Confortable and with everything we needed.

It has no place to leave the ski outside during the night. We had to carry the ski to the bedroom or to a locker inside the building. Would be easier to have a place outside.

Unit 305 in very bad condition completely overpriced. Refuse to stay in this unit.

Good location and staff nice

It’s not worth the pricing. The unit given to us was in very bad condition. Do not stay in Unit #305. If Vail Realty assign this to you refuse and request another one immediately or request your money back. Heater broken, no blankets and what they gave to us was torn. Rugs dirty with stains, sofa with stains, everything old and in bad shape.

Beaver Creek & Strawberry Park Condos are welcoming and first class! We loved our time there!

Condo had wonderful amenities and great staff - Jean checked us in and she was very helpful. Strawberry condos are best location to ski in and out. Loved not needing a car to enjoy all of the resort - just across the street from condo building. frequent free shuttles to more distant beaver creek resort areas. Express buses to Vail and other town areas.

Good place to stay even for large family or group of friends.

Amazing comfortable apartment, well equipped, can host easily 6 to 8 people. Surrounding woods and mountains are wonderful, a great place to rest and disconnect from everything and everybody. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms are evidencing they were made some 15 years ago and need some upgrade and get them to current standard and design. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The garage needs some cleaning though.

Awesome condo with every amenity a family would want within 200 yards of ski lift!

The management was great! I called to change our pick up time several times due to flight delays and they were very accomodating.

Jean and the management company were great. The place was great, Beaver Creek was closed and didn't open so kind of defeated the purpose of staying at a ski in and ski out location

Property falsely advertised a hot tub as an amenity.

Location

Very difficult to reach the property management company. They were full of excuses and blamed the booking.com process for lack of communication. The property manager closed the outdoor hot tub due to “Covid concerns” my search criteria for a property included a hot tub and I would not have rented this property if I knew the hot tub had been closed all season long. Other properties had a open hot tub. I feel deceived and I didn’t receive what I paid for.
