Hôtel Le Diamond Rock

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and proactive. In particular, JoJo the manager was fantastic, she made sure we had a good table with a view for breakfast every morning, got us provisions for our long journey back to the airport on our final day and was always available for help at any time. The ski room is second to none, helpful staff and being able to walk straight onto the slopes with our skis laid out in the morning and brought back in at end of the day was an added treat. Spa was lovely and rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Can’t fault the place!

The position was just perfect for both accèss to the slopes and also for heading down to the village to the many restaurants available. It was extremely comfortable - the ski room was superbly run, amazing to have ones ski boots taken and warmed overnight, handed back the next morning and ones ski’s waiting on the slopes outside for you! Everyone was really helpful, especially Hugo who was willing and able to help us with any requests we made. The spa was lovely, and our treatments were so welcome after a long day skiing.

Location, rooms, facilities & friendly staff

Choice of evening meal limited as all week there was 2-3 choices not available in either restaurant which left it very limited and repetitive on half board. Also service in both restaurants was very very slow and poor on a number of occasions.

Felt first class from start to finish. Ski room and ski in and out super convenient. Spa was amazing and if you go early enough in the afternoon you will have it to yourself.

If being extra picky: - rooms were quite hot - steam room and outdoor jacuzzis not working - could have more food choices
