This seems to be a newer facility. Great location less than 10 minutes away from UNC. There’s also easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is some construction behind the hotel, but there’s not an unreasonable amount of noise. Will definitely visit again.
The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was still decent.

The Assistant Manager, Ezra, was "Excellent" in delivering guest service! He exceeded my expectations and was very informative in sharing "anecdotes" about the area. He was providing "extra coverage" by filling in 3 nights in a row for an absent overnight auditor; however, it was amazing that he provided such quality while having to shift to cover overnights!
The curtains could have provided less light!

I love the location and usually I love the facilities.
The power went out the day that we stayed and didn't come on until the next morning which caused an inconvenience. We weren't offer a discount off the full price. It would have been a nice gesture given the inconvenience caused by the power outage.
