Really liked the balcony. Great place to sit in the morning for coffee/tea. the host was super friendly and had good in put on where to visit and things in the area. We would certainly chose to stay there again.
The room was a little small for me, but not any smaller than a normal room in a Europe.

Location is pretty good. Close to the old city, and also close to the park southwest of the accommodation. I went to Rovinj by bus, so it was also very close to the bus station which was perfect. The room was very clean. Landlady was very nice and welcoming, and went the extra mile to provide us with information, recommendations, and ensure we are as comfortable as possible. I could list many more things, but to sum it up, everything was great!
