The balcony and location
Our refrigerator leaked and flooded the kitchen. No maintenance staff showed to fix it. Our lock on the door wouldn't work we couldn't get in our room for hours waiting on, batteries. The air conditioning wouldn't work. We burnt up. The room also Had a lot of water damage. The music was to loud from the tiki bar it kept us up all night.
