The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Those offsite responded to messages really quickly and on-site they put themselves out to welcome us, answer our requests and show us to local amenities. The room was clean, cool and comfortable.

All fine

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The international wall outlets were so convenient, the beds were comfortable, they left water for us everyday, they seemed to really put a lot of thought into what travelers might need. But what really set this place apart was the exceptional service! They set up a WhatsApp group a few days before our trip, which made communicating with their staff very easy. We provided our arrival time through the group and a staff member was waiting for us outside our taxi to help us with our bags and take us to our room. Then throughout the stay, if we needed anything, they replied almost immediately. On our last day they held our luggage for us since we had a late flight. We were really grateful for the amazing service and hospitality. Oh and the location was also super convenient. There is no question.. we will definitely stay here again next time we visit KK!
