L'emplacement par rapport a la ville, la plage, le port, les commerces. La facilite pour prendre les cles de la location le dimanche. Le double acces a l immeuble (cote mer et rue). Le parking tres accessible et securise.
Dysfonctionnement du ventilateur du plafonnier au bout de 3 jours, arret subit. La sdb ne sentait pas tres bon. Les communs sentaient vraiment tres mauvais le samedi soir (un chat ? Un chien ?). Je n'ai pas pu ouvrir les baies exterieures.

Le clic clac qui n'est pas adapté à 2 grandes personnes..... l'absence de climatisation . La semaine à été très chaude nous avons beaucoup souffert dans ce studio qui était comme un four ... .
