The walking distance to downtown and the decor!
The hot water in the bathroom sink was nonexistent, had to go to the kitchen sink to get hot water and wash hands. Also it was harder to regulate the temperature with the wall ac.

Conveniently located, parking was right out front, perfect time of year so it wasn't crowded and the weather was perfect. Close to some exceptional dining and atmosphere and it felt like home!
there was absolutely NOTHING we didn't like about this cozy little "Cabin 2"! Even the Fall leaves on the ground made it exceptional. The wood floors creaking from the guests above was tolerable and added to the atmosphere!

It was close to the downtown area and was dog friendly. The neighborhood was nice. The coffee and wine were welcome. It was cozy and clean.
Jefferson Street was busy and we had some car noise. The decorations were sometimes distracting. Rather than knickknacks, more shelf space would have been helpful.

A dresser would have been nice! Very low water pressure in bathroom sink!
