Beautiful property with a lovely outdoor pool (unfortunately didn’t use), bar and lounge area. Room was very spacious with kitchenette great for making breakfast. Shower was nice with doors that closed and rain fall shower head. A/C was fantastic! Great atmosphere for singles or groups. Beach was 10 mins away and downtown strip very lively with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to enjoy. Kosta was very friendly and communicated by messaging promptly.
Only downfall was the parking …. Tight area with minimal spots. We were lucky and always found one!

We stayed in an apartment at ground floor (2 adults and 2 kids). We had 2 rooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Everything was new and nice.
AC was oriented so you can use it at night with no issues.
Parking space available at location
Close to the beach (10 min walk)
We liked the location
Noise (we were next to the pool and the noise from the pool bar was disturbing till late in the night). We slept with all the windows closed and AC on. Once you close the windows, you do not hear the outside noise.

Heat water is not stable, they cannot provide guest 24H hot water
