Location, easy drive from airport, great deck, great beach, nice to have the amenities and a restaurant.
Just minor things. Freezer was open when I got there and water was on the floor and inside the lower freezer bin.
Had to always jiggle the toilet handle or it would keep running
Garbage disposal didn’t work
Too close to the elevator. A lot of noise
Needs a new couch

We were not sent email as to instructions for check in until we got to property. They charged me a later feel for late check in for $10 but was finally reimburse.
The sunrise & sunset were absolutely AMAZING🥰

The location was great. Beautiful view.
Half of the elevators were out of commission on a holiday weekend. We stood and waited 45 minutes to get on the elevator to leave.
The sofa in the unit was worn out and not able to sit on it.

Was a nice condo, loved the ocean view and patio.
Didn’t like that the master room was right next to the walkway and elevators. It was a blessing and a curse lol
