The property is in a lovely and tranquil location ideal to spend time in complete relax.

All was excellent.

Really liked the space, clean, plenty of bathrooms and room for everyone! Comfy beds and large bedrooms. Pool felt cold in the morning but in the afternoon lovely, it is heated enough to take edge off in comparison to other pools! Location good for walking to a couple of restaurants or beach, though Bolts cheap if needed. Could not find a local supermarket but Bolt to Lidl was easy.

Lack of tea towels and hand towels specifically for bathrooms, would have been useful to have information left out about the accommodation and local area.

Great location, spacious, added bonus of own pool. There was even table tennis and snooker table outside. Bbq with coal provided. Indoors there was water and wine in the fridge.

There wasn't anything to dislike

The pool was great , plenty of sunbeds , 3 big bedrooms with aircon , bedrooms were downstairs , worked well as breeze kept the upstairs cool. Kitchen well equipped , wine and water left out were much appreciated. Pool towels were provided as were decent cot , hairdryers arc as described . Quiet area , 15 mins walk to fine shingle beach , a few restaurants in walking distance as well as Tommys which was nearest decent supermarket which we visited for fresh bread etc. we got a delivery of groceries before we left England, saved a lot of hassle. We went into Albufiera once ,we didn’t like it , too many tacky shops and bars ,outer taxi driver said it’s like Benidorm. Go on the boat trip with Allboats, we saw Orcas , great time.

The property needs some TLC , we chose it because it had gates to keep our children away from pool but neither of them had a way to lock or keep closed , we sorted with luggage ties .Ditto stair gate not properly fixable . We sorted these issues ourselves but reported last day for next family , should have done sooner I guess but we sorted it .If you are going with young kids take rope just in case , we did luckily. The house was superficially clean but large coffee stain by my bed , I hosed down the patio area next to bbq as it was dirty , some items needed replacing . Decking gets very hot need flip flops , also watch out for raised decking near edge of pool as can trip. It was OK but unfortunately we had rats visit the garden on last day , one jumped in the pool! Nothing owners could do , they came from outside the property but I did inform them and they told me preventative measures have been taken , we were worried about rat urine . No cleaning or towel change during holiday , pool was cleaned etc. and we had filter and lights for the last day .
