Relaxing stay with a wonderful host

Host Fabrizio is so friendly & helpful - always available to assist and happy to accommodate our late arrival & early departure. Lovely views across the lake & great hot tub. House is very well equipped, with plenty of crockery and essentials available in both kitchens.

Location is quiet & has great views, but does require a car as many attractions are around 45mins away. Split level with external stairs a little tricky with young children, but property and garden are fenced to keep kids safe.

We loved our stay at Villa Mimosa! One of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is a great location on the lake, with amazing views and a very small walk down to the lake and restaurants. The pool & property are very well kept and the house is modern and clean. Fabrizio is the best host, nothing is an issue. He is very attentive had great recommendations and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Incredible, a must stay!

The property was immaculately clean. There is air conditioning throughout the top floor of the villa (used mostly for sleeping). We were extremely impressed with the amount of utensils, kitchen equipment and appliances. It had everything you needed. The property itself is stunning, the view of the lake is breathtaking. The ground floor of the villa is beautiful. All open with a separate toilet and utility room. The bifolding windows open on to a beautiful garden with stunning views of the lake, pool and hot tub. You can also access the garage via the garden for your car, plus there are bikes available to use at no extra cost. The host, Fabrizio, was incredibly hospitable. Never met anyone so accommodating and thank him for making our holiday that extra bit special. We will definitely stay again in the near future.

We had wonderful holidays in Villa Mimosa and definitely come back again into this wonderful house and to Fabrizio our fantastic host. The house is located in Brenzone, 10 Minutes by car to Malcesine. To drive up and park into the garage needs some practice, not for beginners. The view is beautiful from the garden and from the upper floor. Amazing to stand up in the morning and see the lake and the mount. Downstairs is everything brand new and high quality. The kitchen is completely equipped. We had some days with cold weather but there is a pellet heating. The upper floor is older but includes also a kitchen. Everything war perfectly maintained and clean. The whirlpool in the garden is a real highlight. There are bikes in the apartment for free. It was perfect to ride a bike along the lake. Fabrizio welcomed also our small dog and was taking care of a bed also for him. Fabrizio supported us with recommendations for restaurants, bars, wellness and spa activities.

The upper floor and the ground floor are not connected within the house, you need to go on outside stairs. We needed to get used to it. Brenzone and Lake Garda entirely does not have any opportunities for activities in case of bad weather.

Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat einen super Standort! Alles war sehr sauber und es gibt genug Platz für 6 Personen + 3 Hunde. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee! Fabrizio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er gibt sich alle Mühe und ist immer erreichbar um Fragen zu beantworten.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist, dass wenn man in den oberen Stock gehen möchte, man aussen herum gehen musste. Es hat drinnen keine Treppe um nach oben zu gelangen.

Relax,famiglia e panorami indimenticabili!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bellissima villa a 2 passi dal lago, in una zona super tranquilla e un panorama pazzesco. Siamo stati coccolati dal proprietario Fabrizio, persona squisita e gentile che ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste. Molto bella la piscina e un tocco di classe la vasca idromassaggio.

Super gelegene Villa mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen. Schon bei der Ankunft hat sich unser Gastgeber viel Zeit genommen und uns eine detaillierte Einweisung gegeben. Auch an den anderen Tagen war Fabrizio immer für uns da mit Rat und Tat. Ein richtig guter Gastgeber, der für seine Gäste da ist und jeden Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem macht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Von dort sind es nur paar Minuten zur Ortschaft und an den See. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Super schöner Ausblick auf dern ganzen Gardasee. Top Lage mit kurzem Gehweg zum See & diversen Gastronomie-Betrieben. Außergewöhnlich schöne Villa mit kompletter Privatsphäre & super Ausstattung (Besteck, Möbel, etc.). Genial gepflegter Garten mit Pool & Whirlpool. Gruppe von 2 Paaren & 2 Freunden (zu 6.). Grundsätzlich hätten aber auch 8 Platz gehabt. 3 komplette Bäder!
