A little disappointing

It's a nice little house with all that you need.

We paid almost as much as we would have for a hotel. One extra child cost us 1200, but there wasn't an extra bed. There was construction going on whole we were there, and water came through the wall from the outside. No discount or rebate.

Amazing stay

Fantastic house, great quality in terms of price/quality, with just a little walk away from the city, while laying in a quiet area. Amazing little balcony as well, which we enjoyed with a beer :) The TV comes with Apple TV, so its easy to watch something in the evenings

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung in der Küche, einem renovierten Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, eigener Terrasse und einem Fernseher mit Apple TV. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die nebenan wohnen und sofort helfen, wenn es irgendwo Probleme gab

Der Abflussgeruch im Badezimmer ( vermutlich aus der Dusche); kleine enge Treppe ins 2. OG mit sehr niedriger Decke ( nichts für große Menschen)

S drobnými výhradami mohu doporučit.

Jednoduché účelné bydlení u silnice, kde byl mírný provoz, který příliš nerušil. Vybavení, popis i foto objektu a vnitřního vybavení souhlasí s nabídkou ubytování. Dostatek ručníků, útěrek kuchyňského nádobí. Vše čisté a uklizené. Objekt byl vybaven sušákm na prádlo, žehličkou, žehlícím prknem. Nechyběl vysavač, úklidové prostředky, včetně návodu na třídění odpadu do popelnic. Kuchyně byla kompletně vybavena, včetně myčky, která je součástí varné desky. Dostatek nádobí a kuchyňských potřeb. WC společně se sprchovým koutem a nechybí vířivka. Postele pohodlné. V obyvacím pokoji TV (Netflix) a vstupem na terasu. Vzhledem k chladnějšímu ročnímu období bylo v objektu teplo a příjemně. Objekt je blízko centra města na dosah obchodů, nákupní zóny, kaváren, cukráren.

Úzký parkovací prostor, navíc omezený pouličním osvětlením a popelnicemi. Při vstupu do objektu z ulice jsou dva schody dolů. Objekt se skládá vlastně ze tří podlaží a tím i různé výšky stropů. Do každého patra vedou jinak široké schody. Rozhodně nelze doporučit osobám se sníženou pohyblivostí.

Die Schlüsselübergabe, aufgrund der knatschenden Treppe eine weitere Toilette im Obergeschoss oder die Treppe richten.

Okay, das nächste Mal würden wir uns aber etwas anderes aussuchen.

Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer/ Bett sind in Ordnung, das Apartment selbst ist nett anzuschauen. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Vieles, insbesondere in Küche und Bad ist sehr abgenutzt, schäbig und nicht sauber. Bei Ankunft haben wir erst einmal die Klobrille mit dem zum Glück vorhandenen Natron und Topfschwamm geschrubbt, der Rand vorne war ganz gelb (jetzt ist er sauber…). Um den Wasserhahn im Bad herum waren Kalkränder, die wir auch erst einmal entfernt haben. Geduscht haben wir nur kurz wegen des Schimmel- und Kalkbelags in den Fugen. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht benutzt, obwohl der vergleichsweise sauber aussah. Einen Fön gab es nicht. Die Waschmaschine in der Küche hat an der Front rostige Stellen. In den Küchenschränken ist es auch nicht ganz sauber (Tropfen der Sojasauce sind uns aufgefallen), weswegen wir nicht gekocht und alles Geschirr, was wir benutzt haben, vorher noch gereinigt haben. Sehr schade! Ach ja, die Lage ist auch nicht so toll, die Straße verläuft direkt am Haus entlang, zumindest morgens und abends ist da einiges los, und die Fenster in den beiden Schlafzimmern gehen direkt zur Straße raus. Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert.
