Excellent location. Steps from the beach, overlooking the grassy dunes, in a quiet residential neighborhood.

A very old home with a few new appliances but still a few worrying issues, too, that weren’t updated (like a loose and faulty electrical switch in the kitchen). And it was clean-ish but not exactly sparkling.
