About this villa rental
Masseria Auina is a prestigious and ancient renovated farm with a large infinity swimming pool and solarium (active in the warm months), surrounded by millenary olive trees, furnished in Mediterranean style. Very close to the famous Borgo Egnazia, Masseria Torre Coccaro and Torre Maizza. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, an external bathroom with an indoor shower, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, a large terrace, 2 shaded patios and a sunny patio. It is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, espresso machine, bread maker, immersion mixer, electric mixer, toaster, fireplace, heating, electric blankets, iron and ironing board, hairdryer , barbecue, table tennis and table football, alarm, safe, surveillance service and remote management.
It is about 5 km from the sea and this allows you to remain immersed in the peace of the countryside but still very close to the beaches and the cliffs.
A few steps from the archaeological excavations of Egnatia, from the Cave Park of Lama d'Antico, from the biggest golf courses on the sea in Europe, from Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano and from the magical trulli of Valle d'Itria.
Pets are allowed as long as polite and non-aggressive.

We had such a wonderful time at Guisella’s house! We are a family of five and visited during the summer. The house is beautifully decorated, with small details everywhere. They say love is in the details 🙂 we had everything we needed, and more. We spent our days in the little towns around our neighbourhood, going to the beach, the restaurants, visiting Monopoli, Ostuni and other amazing cities, and came back home to enjoy the pool and the numerous outside terrasses. We all loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to really take the time to see and discover this amazing region of Italy. Guisella is a very warm and welcoming host. We really appreciated her making us feel like home and giving us indications to the best local spots around. Thanks for everything Guisella and hope to be back at your house soon!
