Seaside Serenity: Discover Marco Island Charm.

This is a great place to stay while enjoying the island. The pool and basketball court were both amazing! The place was very clean. Maria was very responsive to any issues which were minor. My only issue would be that the 3rd bedroom is technically a loft and the stairs to get up there along with the railing are a bit nerve wracking with little kids. We changed up the sleeping arrangements we had planned and my husband slept up there with our middle child so our youngest didn’t have to go up there. Other than that, this is the perfect place for a family. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, plenty of pool toys and floats, and excellent outdoor grilling space! We would stay here again if we return to Marco island!

House was beautiful- we loved the heated pool with great outdoor kitchen and convenient downstairs bath. Enjoyed the owls nesting next door and even saw an iguana. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. Gorgeous hall bathroom and shower. My only drawback to the house is the loft area - we had 3 small children and were not comfortable letting them use or sleep in the loft due to the spacing of the loft railing as well as the spiral stairs. I would absolutely recommend this house for people with older children or adults only - but not with small children (we were 8,6 and 3 1/2 yrs)

Overall we had a really nice stay! This property is nice but could definitely use some upgrades. My boys loved the hoop and the pool and we had fun biking around the island. That being said, I did feel like there seemed to be some disappointing things around every corner, but maybe I should have asked more questions ahead of time. I knew the pool wasn't heated and it was definitely chilly even on the hot days. Also, because of the trees it was very hard to keep clean. There were many pool floats at the house but after going through and blowing up probably 10 of them, only 2 were without holes and able to be used. Similarly there were several chairs and umbrellas we were hoping to use at the beach and all but 2 were broken. The ones that weren't broken were rusty and still covered in sand. There was only one basketball that would hold air. So these things, while they didn't ruin our stay they were disappointing. As far as the inside, there was plenty of space for our family and everything was relatively comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom was broken and the shower in the downstairs bath was so nice and updated but we had a hard time getting nice hot water. There were the basics in the kitchen, mostly what looked liked had been left behind by previous guests. We have stayed at a lot of homes as a family and this one was nice but has so much more potential if given the right attention. Overall nice stay.
