Great place to stay for a group. It was about 10 mins from down town by uber and easy to communicate.

The home is beautiful. It was clean, everything needed for our stay was available. Check in process is easy, owners communicate clearly with detailed instructions. Beds are comfortable, it’s evident care was taken in setting this home up for guests.
While the area is a bit rough it’s clear redevelopment is in progress. The area immediate to the home is very well lit, we had no problems. We would definitely stay here again next time.

I rented this location for my staff to stay at during a robotics event happening at the convention center. We needed to get groceries and drop off early. I contacted the property management and they agreed to an early check-in with a small fee. Great! My staff went to the location only to find exterior painting going on. Since they had access, they went in and put away luggage & groceries. Then, I get an email from property management saying they wanted to move us to another location because painting would continue until the next day. What?! In the end, it was all sorted out and we were happy. The accomodations are as described and my staff was happy with this rental. Only concern was the location. My all female staff preferred having a male staff member stay with them since the location was less than desirables. Uber drivers gave them warnings of the location. Overall, we would recommend.
