About this house rental
Come restore and retreat in this newly constructed (2020) chic, modern farm style beach home. Nested in the exclusive, family friendly Dunes of Amagansett. With only a 3 min walk or one minute bike ride to the pristine, tranquil ocean beaches. Sprinkled throughout the coastline of this private community are multiple private beach access walkways. This Bohemian community offers a respectful and laid back vibe, where you will see children playing, people walking pets, or enjoying a jog. Behold the dazzling East Coast Sunrise, a sight not to be missed.
This house is conveniently located less than a mile from the local farmers market and just a 4 minute car ride to the charming and vibrant Amagansett Square, with its boutique storefronts, yoga studio, restaurants and park style greens.
Amagansett Dunes are centrally located between the historical East Hampton town filled with high end boutiques and award winning restaurants, and Montauk's highly revered East End beach community known as "The End" of Long Island.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
First floor provides and open floor plan with large windows to stream in plenty of natural light. Charming new farm style Kitchen filled with brand new appliances and includes basic pantry items, dishes, glassware, pots and pans etc. Access to back patio from kitchen door, OR farm slider in living room. Breakfast peninsula with counter seating for 3. Dining area includes a large table with bench style seating for up to 8.
Living room features gas fireplace and new comfy white sofas for lounging, and a large screen smart TV.
Master bedroom simple and serene with surrounding ship lap walls, a smart tv and closet with shelving.
Bathroom with stand up shower on first floor with sliding farm door for option to create a mater suite or open bath access for first floor guests.
2 bedrooms and full size bath with soaker tub on second floor. Second floor boasts a large double queen size bed "Bunk Room" with staircase to accommodate adults or children. This spacious room also has a bonus sitting room filled with games, books and puzzles, a full size couch and large screen smart TV.
The third bedroom of the house offers a cozy feel complete with daybed and a pull out trundle bed to accommodate up to 2 guests.
All linens, including bed sheets and blankets, bath and beach towels provided.
This home has an attached bike shed with bikes, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas. there is a gas grill and grilling tools available. Outdoor shower and backyard patio. Gas fire pit with seating, Fenced in rear yard.

We had such a great experience at Robert’s home. It is a beautiful and brand new home with such tasteful beach style and an amazing location. Just a five minute walk from the beach, the home was perfectly located and had everything we could have needed include beach chairs, bikes, and even an outdoor shower. The home was far exceeded expectations.

We just completed a wonderful stay at Robert’s home. This house is new and the furnishings are excellent. It is close to the beach, and has everything you need, including a hot tub and fire pit. Robert is an excellent host. I highly recommend it!

Loved the house. It's brand new, clean and location is wonderful. Robert was incredibly responsive and check/out a breeze. Would def recommend and look forward to staying again.

Had a great time here. The house is brand new- the home is very well built, designed, and curated. The owner really cared about furnishing and decorating with high-quality items. The area is lovely, with a low-key beach vibe. And beach is beautiful. Would love to stay again.
