Quiet neighborhood close to hospitals. This inviting property is close to amenities such as public golf course, Downtown Durham, public parks, the mall, and I-85. Enjoy walking trails down the block or grabbing a round of golf at the public course around the corner or visiting unique shops, museums and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at Carson and Michelle’s other property in this same neighborhood last fall. This is a great community to stay in while you are in Durham. We would definitely recommend.

The hosts were gracious. Location is convenient for walks and shopping. We be happy to use it on future visits.

First the plusses. Close to Duke hospital, food shopping and Duke U. Beds are comfortable and house although small has most of the basics (although make sure you bring a sponge for the kitchen, dish soap and extra paper towels, and toilet paper, you get the minimum). Also if you drink caffeinated coffee make sure you bring your own (only decaf). One of the biggest issue was that the house is adjacent to a freeway and right behind a busy road so there is a lot of noise both inside and outside all the time. Something the host should be more transparent about.
