This self-catering apartment is a light and spacious apartment with views out of every window. Light floods in from everywhere! Having a private entrance.

This property with its central location is ideal for golf players, as well as families.
San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds and chairs for your use.
- Layout -
Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, with fitted wardrobes and views of the golf course.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with wardrobes, chest of drawers and a window with views over the golf course.
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink basin and WC.
The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, full size oven and a washing machine.
The living area has a three-seat sofa plus another two-seat sofa, coffee table, flat screen television and Air-conditioning (Chargeable) The large patio doors leading to the west facing terrace that has a table and chairs for two to enjoy the afternoon sun. The semi-private dining area features a table and chairs to seat 4 people.
There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.
A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!
Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
Air-Conditioning is available at an extra cost of €5.00 per day.
Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!

Wir sind für mehrere Wochen nach San Andres gefahren, um von dort aus zu arbeiten. Wegen der Räume gab es am Anfang kleine Schwierigkeiten. Doch Thomas, der u.a. dieses Objekt verwaltet, war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir zogen einmal um und alles passte. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter, ob Security oder Fahrradverleih, waren freundlich und kompetent.
Die Golfplätze drumherum sind schön, aber teuer. Es gibt ein nahegelegenes Gewerbegebiet mit großen Supermärkten und ein tolles Fitnesscenter (360 Grad).
Wir würden sicher wiederkommen.
