La posizione: vicino a tutte le attrazioni ma anche ad un grande supermercato. L'appartamento ben organizzato, carino anche il terrazzino a cui si accede con la scala a chiocciola. Anche la cucina è abbastanza attrezzata. Ha, però, qualche aspetto da migliorare: la pulizia non è proprio impeccabile (tipo la testiera del letto, il tessuto del divanetto con i suoi cuscini). Vanno assolutamente cambiati i cuscini del letto che sono scomodissimi.
L'insonorizzazione. Anche se si chiudono tutte le finestre si sentono i rumori e il chiacchiericcio proveniente dalla strada. C'erano anche delle comitive negli appartamenti sottostanti che, nonostante li avessimo richiamati, disturbavano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte.
