Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Cozad

We love staying at this location in Cozad when we are traveling through Nebraska. It accommodates our family of 6 perfectly. We will stay again!

The breakfast could improve.

By the time we got over to the breakfast area, several warming trays were empty. So that left us with cereal, yogurt and juice. The coffee offerings were exceptional. Really appreciate the well-stocked creamer.

Better watching over the hot breakfast items.

We would seek out this hotel chain to stay with them again. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, more than we expected (real eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, breads. They even had individual baggies of fruit to take on the go).

It was a little tricky finding the road to the entrance of the hotel but no major problem. In spite of being close to railroad tracks (infrequent trains, however) and to the highway it was still quiet. We didn't use the kitchen but it would have been nice. It was reasonably clean with a few exceptions. Candy wrapper on the floor.

lavatory sink faucet was loudly squeaky and a bit difficult to turn on. The toilet seat wasn't completely secured and shifted from side to side. We were charged for a safe we never used. Shame on you Cobblestone. The light on the nightstand didn't work until I pulled out the nightstand and plugged it into the upper receptacle. The lower receptacle was dead. Breakfast, with the exception of the fruit, was typical high fat, high sugar, high simple carbs that you find in most reasonably priced hotels. The fitted sheets pockets weren't deep enough for the mattress. Came off.
