Great LA location, beautiful house and perfect for families. The house was exactly as described/pictured and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with new Nespresso and other appliances. The beds were all comfy and the house was spotlessly clean. The pool and pool area proved a huge hit - especially with the four family teens we had with us. The location was really convenient for all that we wanted to do and felt quiet and out of the way which was lovely to come back to after a busy day in the city.Just a couple of suggestions to make the stay even better: the bbq area could use a light so you can see what you're grilling at night. We used an iphone which was fine. Also as others have said, having to choose four hour slots to have the pool heated just didn't work. We changed our plans daily and ended up never using the pool when it was heated. In August, that's not so much of an issue but it would be better to just charge a flat fee for heating as is standard practice. Communication pre-stay with our host, Natalie, was spot on. We would not hesitate to recommend this house and stay here again.

The home was clean, beautiful, equipped and the perfect stay for my family. The amenities were great, from the heated pool, to the garage equipped with an opener. The home is supplied with a lot of minor but thoughtful supplies here and there, reducing your need for supply runs. The host is definitely intentional with ensuring your stay is comfortable. The location was perfect with accessibility to LA proper via surface roads, avoiding the 101 highway traffic if needed.The only slight hiccup was not receiving the check-in email with the access codes as promised 2 days prior, resulting in an almost 15 minute wait and confusion trying to contact the host when we arrived. Besides this, we would definitely stay here again. It was an overall enjoyable stay with a great, responsive host during our stay.

Very clean, furniture is all updated and in great condition. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, heating and cooling all work great. The house was really lovely. The backyard is very inviting. The pool being heated in 4 hour increments sadly doesn’t do the job; it was much too cold to enjoy which is a bummer because it’s a beautiful backyard. I’m sure in the highest heat of the summer, the pool is warm but in late May, it wasn’t. Communication was great and overall we really enjoyed it.
