We received a warm welcome from the representative who gave us a tour of the apartment and some tips about the town. There was also a little welcome basket with some locally produced treats. A nice touch! The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and very well equipped. I especially liked the quantity of dishes and flatware so that the dish washer could be put to good use.

Our contact person Sónia met us on arrival and gave us a full run through of everything we needed to know. We also received a lovely gift of local produce. Sónia make everything very personal al, which was very nice.
The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we might need and the location was fantastic!
I mentioned this to the team after our booking was made and they were very receptive and provided some flexibility. I do however want to reiterate my view that the cleaning fee of €60 which was only communicated after the booking was made was a surprise and an unexpected cost. I felt that transparency would be a better approach and the fact should be advertised as part of the profile on booking.com.
