It was quiet but we couldn’t get a handicap room on 1st floor as requested. Had to get a regular room on 1st floor even though it didn’t appear to be that crowded.
Our room was supposed to be serviced every other day and it was not. I had to go down to the desk in person to replacement toilet tissue and demand our trash was emptied and towels replaced. It was done the next day but I just wonder if it was done because I stopped a non-English speaking maid to pour at our room that morning and NOT because I reported it to the front desk…. Don’t know for sure. It just appears like the employees are not customer focused
