The front staff was amazing very friendly, the lady's helping with the breakfast we're also friendly and when it was time to shut it down made sure no one else needed anything a couple times before closing it for the day. The location was great felt like I wasn't more then a 15 min walk away from anything and parking at the hotel was super easy

So close to all the places we wanted to see in Salem. We didn’t need to use our car and could walk everywhere!

Gentleman at front desk at check in was very nice and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and smelled nice. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were comfortable.

It was clean.
Freezing cold pool so I couldn't use it. Only 2 bath towels in the room. Had to pay full price for parking. Breakfast was awful.
