This apartment is located in a fast-growing area of downtown with lots of exciting shops and restaurants opening all the time. It's peacefully tucked away from all the noise of the Short North, yet only 5-10 minutes from all the action.
The River & Rich community where this is located is nestled along the river and perfectly located for anyone who enjoys going on walks or bike rides with the beautiful Scioto Mile trail running right behind the community.
You'll love being just a few steps away from Ray Ray's BBQ, Brewdog, One Line Coffee, Strongwater, Yellow Brick gourmet pizza, and many other favorites.
It's easy to get anywhere downtown...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, bus, etc.
You'll have the apartment to yourself during your stay.
After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your codes for the building entrance and the apartment door keypad (we change this for every guest).
Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

- 100% smoke-free community. This means no smoking, vaping, etc of any kind is allowed in or anywhere near the building.
- The building's parking garage is right beside the building (about 15 feet away) but not attached to it.
It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from here. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. Driving is easy and stress-free as well since parking is nearly always available on the side streets surrounding our building and there's a brand new parking garage right behind our building (you get a free garage parking pass for 1 car!).
