The venue was close to where I was attending the conference and their rooms are nice too.
Poor WiFi. It was unstable and at times not functioning.

Staff were great. I checked out at 12 and they kep my baggage unyil my flight time in the early evening.Helpful with calling taxi since I didn't have India sim.Communication in english was a little struggle for recepyion staff on arrival.
I was given room card that was already occupied. I opened the room door and the hotel guest was asleep in bed. I did applogized and asked your staff to do the same. I was stressed after that experience.

Neat and clean.
Facilities are bad, no hot water for premier room, and room size is not too huge for premier type. staffs are not experienced enough to answer or clear any doubts.
