Sort out the sewage stench and air con and this place would be fantastic value.

This would be a 9 or 10 review of they sorted out the terrible sewage stench in the ensuite, I think from the shower drain. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, location and view from the room was great. Breakfast not bad and good value.

The stench in the bathroom was bad when we first went in the room. Opened windows and in the evening it was gone, came back with avengeance in the morning. Bathroom unusable for a shower, or even to brush teeth. Stank the whole room out and couldn't get out of there quick enough. Had to use the toilet by the pool as ours was that bad. Air con didn't work either, showed it was working but trickled mildly cold air that made no difference. Very bad hot nights sleep. 1 night stay and the above ruined what could have been an excellent stay.

Some of the staff

The shower was very poor: it took ages for the water to get hot enough to use. The shower head didn’t work correctly: spurting off at right angles almost impossible to use. The shower tray flooded over onto the bathroom and when I approached the staff (on two occasions) no action was taken. The Pillows were totally inadequate. If the hotel is prepared to take bookings from English speaking countries having staff able to speak good English would help.

Rooftop terrace was really nice with an amazing view. 5min walk to the beach as well as to store, so a good location. The service was good and the rooms clean.

Breakfast wasn't up to expectation. Was expecting a bigger room, the photos give a wrong impression.

Everything about the Hotel is fantastic, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities brilliant loved the plunge pool n jacuzzi with views on the roof terrace. Cafeteria great, Location on the button nothing more the 5 to 10 mins walk. Beach 🏖 just across n through park down the hill but bestof all got escalator taking you back up. Overall brilliant will definitely be going back for sure highly recommended

Rooms very clean and shower was excellent! Small fridge in the room allowed us to keep a few items cold (but added to the warm temperature of the room). Location is perfect for the beach and access to shops and restaurants in town.

No restaurant facilities so no breakfast available. Air conditioning was difficult to control and temperature of the room was very warm. (we don't like sleeping with the A/C on) Rooms are noisy if you open the windows as hotel is on a busy main street.
