About this house rental
Tradewinds is a beautiful, spacious home with a breezy interior, expansive beach views, and room for everyone! This 2400 square foot house features a large covered deck that looks out onto a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico; you can watch the sun rise in the mornings and listen to the waves crash while the birds chirp!
This property offers a large, well-stocked kitchen with a regular drip coffee maker, and plenty of cookware to prepare your favorite meals. There is bar seating for six, as well as a dining table that seats 6 for meals or game nights. The open floor plan leads into the comfortable living area with ample seating, a flat screen TV with satellite, and available high speed internet for your personal devices.
Centrally located in the family-friendly Tidelands subdivision, this home sleeps 14 and does not utilize bunk beds. Bedroom one has a queen bed; bedroom two features one full size bed. A third bedroom offers two queen beds, and the final large bedroom has 3 queen beds.
Along with enjoying the beach view from the upstairs deck, you can utilize the downstairs patio area. It features a large slab with picnic tables and a charcoal grill, along with an outdoor shower to wash away the sand and salt before you enjoy the house.
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The Tradewinds worked out great for me and the family. Other family members not staying with us set sun tents on the beach in front of our Beach house. Made it nice having a close place to cool off and still watch what was going on. Everything work e great and cooled off quickly. Only suggestion would be a larger nicer BBq pit.

The cabin could use a few things fixed but nothing major. Jets in the tub didn't work, the newer style thermostats kept resetting to 78 even after the hold was removed. Front door has a crack in the glass. BBQ pit was dirty, so I left it like I found it. Glad I brought one, the pit at the cabin needs to be replaced. Overall, it was a good time. I have rented this cabin before just for a weekend stay but for some reason the rental company required a 5-night minimum night stay.
