Our house is located on the main beach in Pakostane, it is 300 m away, and it is only a few minutes walk to the center, in the center you will find all - bank, post office, money machine, travel agencies, restaurants, café bars, pizzerias, mini markets. ..

Ein Urlaub in der Villa Krpetan ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen.
Gleich bei der Ankunft sind wir persönlich und sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt worden. Uns wurde alles gezeigt und ausführlich erklärt. Die Kommunikation war auf deutsch und englisch möglich.
Die Wohnung war genau so wie im Inserat, alles ausgesprochen sauber, ordentlich und auch sehr durchdacht. Die Lage in Pakoštane ist auch ausgezeichnet, denn man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand, der Marina oder im Zentrum, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Da es aber keine Hotels gibt, wirkt der Ort dennoch nicht so touristisch, wie andere.
Vom Gastgeber haben wir unheimlich viele Tipps bekommen, zu Ausflügen, Einkaufen, Essen gehen... einfach zu jedem Thema stand er immer hilfsbereit zu Verfügung und seine Empfehlungen waren jedes Mal super und haben sich gelohnt.
Wir konnten ganz für uns sein, aber wenn wir etwas wissen wollten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde sich perfekt um uns gekümmert.
Wir durften auch mal die anderen Wohnungen sehen - auch alles großartig und für alle Vorlieben etwas dabei.
Dass man dort toll Urlaub machen kann, haben wir auch daran gesehen, dass fast alle anderen Gäste, die während unseres Aufenthalts dort waren, nicht zum ersten Mal dort Urlaub gemacht hatten.
Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen auch sehr gerne wieder!

Wie immer hat alles bestens funktioniert, die Wohnung ist sauber, voll ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wunderschönener Ausblick vom Balkon den ich jetzt schon vermisse. Die Nähe zum Zentrum von Pakostane ist genau richtig, alles sehr gut erreichbar. Ob Markt, Bäcker oder Restaurant. Selbst den Strand erreicht man schnell zu Fuß.
Es war bereits unser 2. Urlaub bei Vedran, und es wird bestimmt nicht der letzte gewesen sein.

Location très bien située - à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre ville. La location correspond exactement à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec les locataires. Ils ont fait le nécessaire pour que nous ayons 2 chaînes françaises . La propriétaire parle très bien le français et l'anglais. En plus de la documentation qui se trouve dans l'appartement, elle nous donnait des précisions sur ce qu'il fallait aller voire dans la région. On a passé de très bonnes vacances et nous avons été très bien accueillis.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter. Wir waren zum 2ten mal hier und bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal.
