About this cabin rental
Welcome to Creekside Cabin. This little gem is exactly what you need if you are looking to get away from it all! With 1000’ of creek front, seasonal sandbars and 7 acres of woods to explore. You will feel refreshed from the daily hustle and bustle of noisy neighbors and traffic sounds. From kayaks to hammocks, we have it covered. Isn’t it about time to relax?

The space:
You will have full access to the entire house. There is a hangout area under the house with a bench swing and chairs and a seating area and a propane bbq pit on the deck. There is a walking trail through the woods and a nice fire area to roast s’mores or even set up tents if you bring them.
Other things to note:
The hot tub is seasonal: Available free of charge November to March. If you would like the hot tub outside of these months, you will need to pay an additional setup fee of $50.
For our safety and yours, a video surveillance camera is on the property. It is mounted underneath the house facing and recording the driveway only. That is the only area under surveillance, as we do not wish to infringe on your privacy.
Occasionally, the creek rises from seasonal or isolated weather. During those times, the sandbars may be underwater and the kayaks will be unavailable to use for safety reasons.
This is a rustic tiny cabin in the woods. We are not a luxury hotel so our cabin may not be for everyone. During your time on the grounds, you may come across a variety if wildlife including beavers, deer, bunnies, small rodents, SNAKES and BUGS! Please do not be startled but do be cautious, as you will be in their natural habitat!
We ask that children are not left unattended in or near the creek, woods, or the deck at any time.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that fishing, swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks or tubes is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with fishing, swimming, hiking and using the kayaks or hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from fishing swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that fishing, swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person fishing, swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person fishes, swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from fishing, swimming, hiking or using the kayaks or hot tub. Such a great and relaxing time. Just my husband and I quiet and enjoyed each others company. We got to sit and watch movies at night, we don’t get to do that often because we just stay busy. It was perfect! Definitely will book again!

The cabin was exactly what we expected. Quaint, secluded, and surrounded by nature. The creek was refreshing, the kayaks and hot tub were nice to have even though we didn't use them. The only downside was the wasps on the top deck (even with the wasp spray) and the property was a little overgrown but overall good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation at this cabin. Between the hot tub and creek side beach area, we had no reason to venture out beyond the property. I’m hoping to return with my godson in the future as I’d imagine kids would especially enjoy the beach and little wooded areas. We had a little issue getting into the lock box at the front door (could’ve very well been just us!) but Melissa was very quick to respond and get us into the cabin. Hope to return soon.
