Great spot, short walk to the beach. Not too difficult to get in and out with traffic. Clean. Not too spacious but it is what it is. It's got enough amenities to get by on for a holiday. Nice little bar and restaurant on premises, pool as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, towel, AC was great. A little noisy at times, from the street but nobody can control that, didn't disturb too much. Some share washing machines and dryers for 5 dollars a go each. Washing powder available at reception or ABC store a few steps along the road. All in all, a great spot just a short walk back from the beach

The bed isn't the biggest but it fits with the room size. Parking is pricey at 40 dollars if you can get a spot downstairs otherwise even more at a nearby location.

Es ist total süß, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zum frühstücken und Kleinigkeiten zubereiten ist die Küche ausreichend. Das Bett ist bequem, alles war sauber. 2 Garnituren Handtücher zum waschen, zusätzlich sind 2 Strandtücher dabei die man nutzen kann. Unter dem Waschbecken im Bad findet man eine Sammlung an Toilettenartikel, man muss nichts extra kaufen für Haare waschen, duschen oder after sun. Klimaanlage funktioniert, es gibt einen Staubsauger und eine Waschmaschine am Gang. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind 40$ pro Nacht.

Es riecht etwas muffig, was aber an der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit liegt. Es ist nicht schlimm weil es eine Klimaanlage mit dry Funktion gibt. Wer empfindlich ist sollte einfach mal ordentlich lüften. ;)

The location was nice and handy in terms of beach access, the property seemed well looked after, swimming pool with bar a relaxing contrast to busy Waikeke Beach. A comfortable studio with all you need for a pleasant stay, the air condition nice and quiet when running over night with closed, well insulated windows.

Noise from the busy road, looking straight into the opposite property, hardly any natural light due to obstructing buildings around.

Location. literally 1 minute walk to Waikiki beach

view from balcony (you look directly into other peoples hotel rooms), but hey: it’s too warm to sit there anyway
