Nice location but poorly taken care of accommodation.

Easy check-in and check-out, short distance to beach/water. Nice view and a quiet location.

The shower drain was clogged, the reception couldn't offer any help and we had to take care of it ourselves. Also the shower wasn't clean and full of black mould. When we entered the hut it stank of smoke and ashes, couldn't get rid of the smell until the end.

Beliggenheden

Huset var virkelig slidt og så var rengøringen meget mangelfuld. Der var masser af støv og spindelvæv. Bestikskuffer var fulde af gamle krummer og skidt, ovnen lugtede fælt og varmluft funktionen virkede ikke. Fugerne i brusenichen var sorte af mug og der var skimmel i hjørnet top det ene værelse bag ved sengen.

Selve huset og området var skønt, men mangelfuld rengøring og dårlig kundeservice trak desværre hele oplevelsen ned.

Området var dejligt og fredeligt, og selve huset havde en fin beliggenhed.

Vi oplevede en dårlig kundeservice, da vi ved et uheld blev låst ude af ferieboligen. Kundeservice kunne ikke tilbyde en reel løsning og henviste til, at vi måtte vente til næste dag eller finde et hotel selv. Vi blev efterladt uden hjælp i en presset situation. Derudover var madrasserne beskidte, og der var edderkopper flere steder indenfor.
