Suite Homes Uncibay Square

Its very easy to get to the place, very center of the city, in the heart of the old town, everything is walkable distance. I like that there was also all the necessary things in the house - kitchen and all. The hosts were very kind and attentive to the needs we had.

Because the location is so central, it was quite loud during the night but it was still okay for us however if people are more sensitive that could be an issue.

The stairs were dark not enough lights even dark in the day with no windows, bit of a pain doing the code in the apartment door, shower cubicle needs replacing and shower, sink in the kitchen smells, quite noisy at night sometime till 3.00 am

Javier is a great host! He was very friendly and kind. The flat is located in the old town so everything was at walking distance.

It's not the first time we stay at a city centre where are a lot of restaurants and bars but we didn't know this flat was right above a nightclub. There was soooo much noise in the evening that lasted until 4 or 5am so sleeping was impossible (despite the earplugs that were prevented by the host). The bed was also very hard to sleep on but that's probably a personall thing. The hall when you enter is very dirty, full of dead bugs what doesn't make it a pleasant entrance. Also there was mentioned that there was a balcony, unfortunately the airco was on it and no space anymore to stand or sit on it.
