Finca Son Garreta with pool an lovely garden near Campanet Mallorca

Son Garreta is a very popular Finca at Campanet for many years. The pretty natural stone house stands on a garden plot, which was lovingly laid out with lots of lawn and Mediterranean plants and herbs. Olives and oranges are cultivated on the neighboring premises. Around the pool are sunbathing and other garden furniture to relax. There is a small barbecue house for grilling all sorts of delicacies. In front of the salon is a small covered terrace with a further seating corner.



The finca has been built on one level, there are no stairs in the house. Through the house you enter the large corridor of the house. On the left you reach the spacious salon with cozy seating corner in front of the stove and a dining table for up to 6 people. The adjoining half-open rustic fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining table with chairs. From the kitchen you can get outside on the terrace. The finca has three bedrooms, a larger bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms each with two single beds. Finca Son Garreta is an ideal finca for families with children but also for couples or finca enthusiasts. A very well maintained house from which one can quickly start to numerous excursions in the beautiful environment.

There are no other houses on the property. The house owner lives on the neighbouring property.

The house is located in a quiet area, but noise from the street can rarely reach the property.

In the house there are 3 A/C devices (1 in the living room and 2 in 2 bedrooms) extra 0,25 EUR/kwh that will have to be paid directly to the HO during the check out.
