About this apartment rental
IMPORTANT: The apartment should be booked only by adults over 18 years.
Located in the heart of the idyllic village of Inzell, this friendly studio enchants its guests with modern Bavarian charm. The beautiful apartment with combined living and sleeping area, comfortable settee, ottoman and dinette is a relaxing holiday destination for 2 persons. The installed SAT flat screen TV can be swivelled and the programme is visible from the sitting area as well as from the double bed. The equipment also includes f r e e Wifi reception around the clock and radio reception via Internet.
Parking spaces are available on the property and in the public parking lot next door.
Kitchen:
The entrance area has a modern integrated kitchen with the following electrical appliances: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment,
Ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle and power strip with USB charging station. Tea towel and kitchen towel available as initial equipment.
Bathroom:
In the brightly tiled bathroom you will find a towel radiator, WC, glass washbasin with pull-out base, LED mirror and glass shower cubicle with hinged doors. Towels, bed linen, soap, toilet paper are included as initial equipment.
Balcony:
View-protected and roofed with a view of the mountains and far away, table and seating furniture, so that you can relax and unwind.
Additional equipment:
This includes the vacuum cleaner and crumb tray, clothes and trouser hanger, USB charging station
and a small entertainment library.
In the complex you will find a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer as well as a
Bicycle and ski storage room.
The Chiemgau map, which is available for you in the apartment, allows you to do some activities free of charge or at reduced prices.
Shopping/ Restaurants:
Thanks to the central location, shopping facilities (bakery, ice cream parlour, butcher's shop, discount store), cafés and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. There is a pizzeria on the grounds of the holiday complex, a small café next door and a rustic Bavarian restaurant opposite.
Activities:
The Inzell Bathing Park is especially popular in summer due to its beautiful outdoor area with natural bathing lake. Distance approx. 600 m or 7 minutes on foot - also accessible via the spa gardens.
In case of snow there is direct access to the cross-country ski run at the Alpina facility.
Close to the apartment there is a wood-meadow-marsh landscape, where you can enjoy wonderful, e b e n e hiking trails.
Another special feature of Inzell is the Max-Aicher-Arena, the training centre of world-famous ice skaters and venue of many sporting competitions.
Excursions:
For day trips you can go to Berchtesgaden or the Königssee (about 34 km), the Chiemsee with its women's and men's island with castle (approx. 26 km) or Bad Reichenhall with the oldest cable car in Europe to the Predigtstuhl.
Also the beautiful Salzburg in Austria is only about 25 km away.

Pros: Die FeWo ist komplett renoviert worden, mit einem modernen Bad, großer Terrasse, W-LAN und auch sonst alle Bequemlichkeit, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht!

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohlfühl Ferienwohnung.
Sehr gute Matratzen, genialer Blick beim Frühstück vom Balkon.
Bad neu, sehr hochwertig, Küche einfach genial intigriert Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle alles was das Herz begehrt.
Sehr nette Vermieter.
