About this house rental
Little Eva' Inn in a NICE gated community within 15 minutes of driving to Disney parks. Close to all that Kissimmee has to offer, but without the high Kissimmee prices. The Condo has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Once checking in, the resort fee gives you access for the use of the water park, lazy river, game room, gym, spa, restaurant and bar on the property. A great place to stay on those days when you are taking a break from the parks. Grocery store and all services 2 blocks away. More information

Property was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, close to Disney and great amenities. The owner was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. We couldn’t be happier.
