    This hotel is beautiful with views and amenities BUT they do not know how to manage a hotel. Spa hotel's sauna cannot be stopped. This is the second time that i manually started the heating of sauna! Hotel was almost empty this time and receptionist, who knows us from our previous visits gave us a room from the wrong side, without any view. Come on. This is very unprofessional and bad. Breakfast.. They do not have a coffee machibe which dispenses coffee. The dispensed thing is not drinkable let alone being counted as coffee. With very cheap updates this hotel can be a gem.
