Clean spacious rooms. Spa onsite was nice although the Turkish bath was not working.

Very spacious room. Access to the pool and sauna. Great breakfast.
Dinner expensive and we got disappointed by the food. We also don’t think the equipments and amenities are 5*

The hotel is beautiful, a lovely building in beautiful relaxing surroundings.
The Terrace rooms are actually facing a large shared terrace currently without sunbeds or shade and face a wall. Kindly we were given a room with a varanda and Mountain View.
Small details such as lack of towels for the swimming pool and strange pool bar hours as well as cleaning hours being very late were disappointing
Prices for a snack or drink are high. We asked for a toasted cheese that wasn’t toasted at all
Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

This is however not a 5 star hotel any more.
Facility's need a lot of attention.

No coffee pots replaced, had to ask several times every day to get new ones
