About this house rental
The holiday home “Chalet andaluz Los Alberos” is located on the outskirts of Coín, just a short drive from the centre of the town and is the ideal accommodation for a quiet, relaxed holiday. The beautiful house, which boasts a mountain view, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, which is connected to a well-equipped, light-flooded kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace and satellite television. In your private outdoor area you will find a garden, which is beautifully dotted with palm trees, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool while you admire the panoramic mountain view and surrounding Mediterranean greenery. In a 2-minute drive you will reach the nearest restaurant (900 m) and and the centre of Coín, which offers a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes, is located a 5-minute drive away (2.5 km). Conjunto rupestre de Coín, a complex with 5 excavated caves, is 4 minutes away by car (2.2 km). In a 32-minute drive you will reach the beautiful coast with its multitude of beaches. Take a trip to Playa la Butibamba beach (26.8 km away) and unwind on the soft sand under the Spanish sun.

Parking was convenient. Pool was a little cool but refreshing. Casa was very clean and well equipped.

Pros: Quiet location
Cons: After only one week the pool went cloudy and green. Juan was very good and immediately rectified it, but if the pool was maintained properly with a weekly clean this should never happen.
The kitchen sinks took several minutes to empty and waste from one sink came up in the other as did the washing machine waste.
The plastic outside furniture is very old and brittle, I had a fall when one of the chair legs snapped.
We never used the sunbeds as one was broken and out of use and the others looked like they would give way.
