About this house rental
The Solluna holiday home is located on a 1,500 m² plot just a few hundred metres from the centre of Son Servera and is particularly suitable for family holidays. The 2-storey holiday home offers a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and 3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people (it is possible to accommodate 2 extra kids). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Whether on the loggia with lounge furniture, a barbecue and a dining area or in the 32 m² private pool - the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten here. Surrounded by a lush green lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, you can relax comfortably on the sun loungers! Enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and the surroundings. A pharmacy as well as a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 1.3 km or 3 minutes by car and the nearest beach, Cala Bona, is 3.74 km away. Listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves or swim in the turquoise water.
Please note that the owner will return the deposit by bank transfer once all the cleaning has been done and he has checked that the house is in perfect condition and there is no damage.

Pros: Am Haus ein schöner Pool, Terrasse vor und hinterm Haus, vorne überdacht direkt am pool schön zum Sitzen
Cons: Hunde, Hähne und Esel ringsherum machen die ruhige Lage zum Teil etwas lauter

Pros: Grundsätzlich ist es eine wirklich schöne, gut gelegene Finca. Tolle Größe, toller Pool, angemessene Ausstattung.
Erledigungen müssen allerdings alle mit dem Auto erledigt werden, außer man ist gut auf dem Rad unterwegs (Berglage)
Cala Millor und Cala Bona sind schnell zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen würde ich den Aldi in Cala Millor empfehlen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Cons: Jeden Tag wird man um ca. 03:30 Uhr von sämtlichen Hähnen geweckt, die in der Nachbarschaft sind. Zuerst beginnt einer zu schreien (direkter Nachbars-Hahn), danach der nächste, und der nächste usw.... Das geht dann bis ca. 9 Uhr morgens im 15-Minutentakt so. Tagsüber krähen die Hähne auch, allerdings war es da weniger störend.
Ich selbst und meine Freunde haben bis zuletzt nicht einmal durchschlafen können, da die "Tiergeräusche" einfach zu laut waren.
(Alternativ alle Fenster und Türen zu und den Ventilator anschalten, der übertönt die Hähne :) )
Auch etliche Hunde sind in der Nachbarschaft, die oft bellen.
Grundsätzlich wenn man einen sehr guten, tiefen Schlaf hat, kann man damit leben. Evtl. gewöhnt sich der ein oder andere daran während der Urlaubszeit... Aber wenn man so viel Geld für eine Finca bezahlt, möchte man auch von Tag 1 an gut schlafen können, meiner Ansicht nach...
