Embedded in the rural landscape 3 km from Chiclana de la Frontera, just a short drive from the gorgeous beaches of the coast, the cosy home Valentina offers a large outdoor area for relaxing holidays. The small holiday home with warm colors consists of a living/dining room, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom (please note the toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower). The home can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a highchair and one parasol for the beach. In your private outdoor area, you will find a green lawn, a barbecue and a patio, which is equipped with a dining table for meals in the fresh air. You also have access to a spacious, communal pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and tropical trees. A supermarket and a selection of shops are 1.5 km or a 4-minute drive away while the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, with a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and shops, is about 3 km or a 6-minute drive from the property. You can reach the most popular beaches of the region, Novo Santipetri and Playa de la Barrosa, in just 10 minutes by car (7 km). Furthermore, about 800 m from the home you will find Pinar de la Espartosa, a forest of Mediterranean pine trees, which you invites you to a relaxing walk or to all kinds of outdoor sports. The highway N-340 is not far, making this house a great starting point for excursions to Tarifa or Los Caños de Meca.
